The New Year has been treating me well so far. Before Christmas the hubby and I did a “maternity” photo shoot. The photos turned out great. Here are a few:
Pregnancy has been treating me well so far. I only have a few minor complaints so I’m considering myself lucky. I will be 28 weeks as of tomorrow and it seems like time is flying.
As for knitting: I cast on a baby blanket for my little guy…the Baby Fred Blanket. I’m using Juniper Moon Farm Yearling in colorway Kiwi for the main blanket and Sky Blue for the edging. I ran out of yarn for the body so I had to put it down while I waited for more yarn to arrive.
While waiting for the Yearling to arrive, I cast on for Esther Socks, a gorgeous pair of socks. And I also cast on for Haruna Bobble Hat. If the weather and light would cooperate, I will be taking photos as soon as I can.
